The FactMarshal Team announcements

Introducing FactMarshal

Every litigator knows the feeling: the facts of the case are in there — somewhere in the banker’s boxes, the medical records, the deposition transcripts, the discovery productions — but getting them out, dated, and lined up against each other is weeks of associate time. And the fact you missed is always the one opposing counsel found.

FactMarshal is our answer. Upload the file, and it reads everything: pleadings, records, transcripts, productions. What comes back isn’t a summary — it’s a fact record:

  • every fact extracted, categorized, and pinned to the page it came from;
  • entities resolved across documents, so “R. Smith,” “Robert Smith,” and “the claimant” are one person with one history;
  • a chronology assembled from the record itself, with gaps and clusters made visible;
  • contradictions between documents and testimony surfaced side-by-side, with suggested follow-up questions.

Facts whose text is verbatim from the source verify automatically. Everything else lands in a review queue designed to be cleared at reading speed. The result is a record you can actually rely on — because you (and the system) checked it, fact by fact.

From there, the record starts working: deposition outlines built from the facts, complaint assertions mapped against your evidence, and a case assistant that answers questions with citations that click through to the exact page.

We’re onboarding firms now. Request a demo — and bring a closed matter. The most convincing thing we can show you is what the record was hiding in a case you thought you knew.
